I waited for Christmas to allow the adventure "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The DVD Game" to my little girl. She loves the Rudolph shows, including wore her Rudolph shirt if we literally game. It is just a cute game, and the entire family had fun playing it. Sure, us adults couldnt have played when it wasnt for ones daughter or son (shes 6), but the thrill my girl showed while playing made it fun for us. It is an effective family game, and like your box says, "Perfect For Family Holiday Fun!"

The overall game is advertized for ages six to adult, and my six yr old had no trouble understanding and playing the game. It is great for 2-4 players, or when you have more you can start to play as teams. The actual offers the game board, four player moves and stands, a Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster mover and stand, twenty toy tokens, a Bumble toy counter, numbered die, the adventure DVD, and instructions.

Playing the adventure is pretty easy, you roll the die and navigate numerous paths and if appropriate land along the toy tokens. The thing is to collect three different colored toy tokens before one other players and before Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster collects six toys.
The hard part is earning the toy tokens as you land on them. One should be in the DVD and answer a question. These are not as easy as you could think. Im ashamed to converse, I missed a question. Some questions show which you scene in the movie and also you must then answer the question after watching it. I followed the lamp pretty easy, but one or two around the group didnt follow as well. So, not necessarily super easy. It challenged the adults a bit.
