I waited for Christmas to grant the adventure "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The DVD Game" to my little girl. She loves the Rudolph shows, and even wore her Rudolph shirt when we finally literally game. It can be a cute game, and the total family had fun playing it. Sure, us adults probably would not have played whether it wasnt for the young child (shes 6), but the thrill my little lady showed while playing live through fun for those us. It is an efficient family game, and like the box says, "Perfect For Family Holiday Fun!"

A game is advertized forever six to adult, and my six year old had no trouble understanding and playing the game. Its great for 2-4 players, or you probably have more you can take advantage of as teams. The lamp contains the game board, four player moves and stands, a Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster mover and stand, twenty toy tokens, a Bumble toy counter, numbered die, the adventure DVD, and instructions.

Playing the action is pretty easy, you roll the die and navigate around the several paths and work to land for the toy tokens. The object could be to collect three different colored toy tokens before another players and before Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster collects six toys.
The hard part is earning the toy tokens once you land on them. You have to have fun with the DVD and answer a question. These are not as fundamental as perhaps you may think. Im ashamed to converse, I missed a question. Some questions show that you scene of your movie and you must then answer the question after watching it. There is an the place you watch a jack in your box and then the boxes are confusing and you have to then you know what box Jack is in. I followed this area pretty easy, but a couple on the group didnt follow as well. So, it is far from super easy. It challenged the adults a bit. (The one I missed has been a question where youd to consider a scene after answer a question. I failed to remember what color something was thanks to looking at some other an area of the picture that I used to be sure the question would discuss - shame on me.)

Overall, it had been a pleasurable family game. Downside is you need a TV and DVD player to play. It is sometimes nice to acquire games to escape those great television set. However, if you suffer from a TV and DVD player, this is a fun game also in which of my daughter when Industry experts her to explain the sport, "Fun, Great, Perfect!"
